Evaluations are tailored to the individual situation. Most fall into 3 levels of intensity (from low to high) that range in cost from $700-$1500. Your costs will be quoted to you at the initial appointment.

The fees reflect face-to-face time with the parents and patients (by myself and my psychometrist) as well as substantial “behind the scenes” time in such activities such as planning the evaluation, supervising the psychometrist, scoring tests, interpreting test performances, integrating information from multiple sources, formulating a diagnostic impression and corresponding recommendations, and writing a summary report of the evaluation.

Payment may be made in the form of cash, check or credit card.  I am able to keep my fees relatively low because I accept payment at the time of service and do not bill insurance companies.  Upon request, I would be happy to provide you with information about services provided (e.g., diagnostic and service codes) should you choose to submit to your insurance for out-of-network services, or if needed for reimbursement from health saving accounts.
